Dessert / Cake: Black Bottom Cupcakes

Ingredients
Filling
1 cup (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate bits (small)
Cupcakes
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 Tablespoon (white) vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
Combine 1 cup (8 oz.) soft cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and ½ teaspoon salt. Beat well and add 1 cup chocolate BITS (small).

In another bowl, combine 1 ½ cups flour, 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup cocoa, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ teaspoon salt. Add 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 1 Tablespoon white vinegar & 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well.

Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full of cake dough and top each with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture. You can sprinkle with nuts, if you want.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
