Appetizer: Black Bean Salsa

From Mary Carey

Ingredients
2 (15 ounces each) cans black beans (rinsed well and drained)
2 cans green giant whole kernel corn (rinsed well and drained)
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chiles, not drained
6 plum tomatoes cut-up (diced)
1 onion cut-up (diced)
1 jar salsa (16 ounces)
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped finely (optional)

Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated. Serve with Tostitos Scoops for dipping.
