Ingredients
2 packages cole slaw
2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
8 chopped scallions
2 packages Ramen Noodles (omit seasoning packet), chopped up
1 cup salad oil
6 Tablespoons rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 Tablespoons slivered almonds
Directions
In a bowl, mix salad oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper together until well blended.
In another bowl, mix cole slaw, scallions, sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Add liquid mixture to cole slaw and toss. Crunch Ramen Noodles and add to cole slaw. Serve immediately.
