Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapple, Undrained
1 pkg. (4 oz. serving) Vanilla INSTANT pudding
1 cup thawed Cool Whip topping
1 prepared (store bought) Angel Food Cake
Seasonal berries
Directions
Mix pineapple and pudding in a bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Cut cake horizontally into thirds. Spread one-third pudding mixture over bottom layer of cake. Top with second layer of cake. Repeat layering, ending with pudding. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Garnish with your favorite seasonal berries. (Makes 10 servings.)
