Ingredients
8 chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Italian (seasoned) bread crumbs
Directions
Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Coat chicken with mayonnaise. Coat chicken with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumb mixture. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
