Entree / Chicken: Turkey Tetrazzini

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup broth (turkey or chicken)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
6 cups cooked spaghetti (1 lb dried)
4 cups diced turkey, cooked
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup toasted almonds
Dash paprika

Directions
Blend soups and broth together. Stir in cheese, cooked spaghetti, turkey, mushrooms. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, toasted almonds and paprika.

Bake until cooked through at 350 degrees (approximately 30 minutes).
