Salad: Broccoli Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
2 bunches of broccoli (packages)
½ lb of fresh mushrooms (or water chestnuts)
3 green onions, chopped
Dressing ingredients:
1 cup oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar / wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar

Directions
Prepare dressing and broccoli mix the night before or morning for an evening party. Two hours before serving, pour dressing on broccoli.
