Appetizer: Dip for Fritos Scoops

Ingredients
3 tomatoes
3 green onions
1 very small can black olives
1 small can diced green mild chili peppers
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons wine vinegar
½ to 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions
Dice the tomatoes, green onions, black olives and chili peppers. Add the olive oil, wine vinegar and garlic salt. Mix well. Let stand overnight or several hours before serving. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
