Appetizer: Ena's Corn Dip

Ingredients
8 oz Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) can Mexicorn, drained well
1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with small tortilla chips.
