Ingredients
1 (9-inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
8 oz. package Neufchatel cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup milk
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup milk chocolate chips (melted in microwave)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter until mixture is smooth. Mix in milk, then fold in whipped topping.
Spoon mixture into chocolate crust. Cover and freeze until firm.
Before cutting/serving , melt chocolate chips and drizzle over top of pie
Note: I use low-fat cream cheese, light Cool Whip, and 1% milk and it turns out fine.
