Salad: Chuck Muer’s Coleslaw with Italian Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 lb. cabbage, coarsely shredded (6 cups)
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
juice of ½ a lemon
Italian Vinaigrette Dressing ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons sugar
dash ground cumin

Directions
Toss together the first six ingredients. Toss with juice of lemon and prepared Italian Vinaigrette dressing.
