Ingredients
8 ounces Rotini pasta (cooked but firm), rinsed and drained
2 ounces Viva Italian dressing (prepared) – use 1/3 of the bottle
2 Tbsp. Mccormick’s Salad Supreme (there are 8T in a 2.62 oz jar)
¾ cup chopped cucumber
¾ cup chopped green onions
¾ cup chopped tomatoes
¾ cup chopped celery
¾ cup chopped green pepper
¾ cup chopped mushrooms
¾ cup chopped water chestnuts
3 slices of honey maple ham (somewhat thickly sliced)
3 slices of Provolone cheese (or Muenster cheese, if you prefer)
9 slices of Hoffman’s hard salami
Salt, to taste
Parmesan cheese, to taste.
Directions
Mix first ten ingredients together.
Stack together: One slice of ham, one slice of cheese, three slices of salami. Repeat three times. Press together. Slice into chunks and add to pasta salad. Mix all other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled in Boston lettuce cups. Serves 8.
