Dessert / Jello: Cherry Coke Jello Salad

Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 (6 oz) package cherry flavored jello
¼ cup water
1 ¼ cup Coca Cola
8 oz cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 jar (4 oz) maraschino cherries (undrained)
1 cup chopped pecans
Dash salt

Directions:
Boil 2 cups of water and contents of jell-o packages. Stir until dissolved.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add jello, ¼ cup water and 1 ¼ cups Coca Cola. Beat until smooth.

Add crushed pineapple, entire jar of maraschino cherries (including juice), chopped pecans and a dash of salt.

Pour mixture into a jell-o mold and refrigerate until set.
