Drinks: Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients
1/3 cup silken tofu (about 3 oz)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup pomegranate juice
1 -2 teaspoons honey
¼ cup ice cubes

Directions
In a blender, combine tofu, berries, juice, honey and ice cubes; puree until smooth. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
